Fairness & benefit weights

Minimum-share pool (%)

This pool is shared equally; the remainder follows contribution scores. City caps and geography may limit the result.

ProgressionCity floor target

Royal City

If allocated, Royal City counts toward the six-city cap.

Value = printed numerical benefit × its weight. Values without % are planning assumptions. These weights value benefits; enter your server's contribution points above.

Adjacency review

Borders are inferred from the schematic. Corner contact does not count. Confirm shared borders in-game; corrections update validation.

Admin drafts are private to this browser until Save changes publishes them for everyone. Generating a proposal never changes the Current map.
